The work changed shape here. I stopped finishing things and started starting them — architecture first, the first commits, the shape a team would live inside once I'd moved on. The stack changed with the problem: Java on the backend, Angular or React in front, whatever database the moment called for. Arrive, set the foundation, get the team capable of finishing without me, leave for the next one. Not as satisfying as seeing a thing through. But it turned out to be the part I was for.
